About First Oil

First Oil is developing a modern bitumen production facility in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, built to support the growing needs of road construction, asphalt production, and infrastructure development.

Scheduled for completion by mid-September 2026, Phase One will have a designed production capacity of 50,000 metric tons per month. Through advanced production systems, rigorous quality control, and dependable operations, First Oil is being built to deliver consistent quality and dependable supply across Iraq and international markets.
